Natural Grass Installation in Puerto Pollença - Mallorca

From gramma and seeds.

Ground Preparation

At this stage, the groundwork is all about getting the soil ready. The area is cleared of stones, roots, and old vegetation. The soil is leveled, enriched with organic compost, and shaped to ensure proper drainage.

The project begins to take shape from the ground up — everything is set and ready for the grass to grow.

Seeding and Planting

Once the soil is prepared, it’s time to sow the grass seeds and plant the grama runners according to the planned layout. The seeds are spread evenly and lightly covered with a thin layer of fine soil. Grama runners are strategically placed to help speed up ground coverage and ensure even growth.

In the Mediterranean climate of Mallorca, grama typically takes about 4 to 6 weeks to fully establish and cover the surface, depending on temperature and watering conditions.

This is where the garden starts to show its first touches of green.

The final result

The finished garden is a complete transformation: elegant, functional, and filled with Mediterranean charm.

Every element has found its place, and the space now invites you to enjoy it with all five senses .
